A colorful flat in the heart of Paris

This charming 550-square-foot apartment [50 square meters] is located in the very heart of Paris, in the Montorgueil quarter, in an 18th century old building. The owners worked with Element-s agency to renovate the flat and open up the space to light. Element-s also developed multiple storage and shelving options for the owners - which usually is what small apartment lack of.
